Jack looked at the knocked out guy. "Yeesh. Nice job on that. " He said webbing the guy down. He was not going anywhere. "Let's get out of here, yah ? Any idea where anyone else is? Cause I can't seem to find my father and that scares me. He is always on patrol. " Jack said taking his mask off for a bit. He hated talking through it.

Ryan steadied himself. He had promised he would do this once he got his Flash ring. That meant he was mature enough to be the Flash should the original die. So he was ready to do this. He stopped in front of her. "Phoebe. I swore once I got my Flash ring I would do this. I love you, Phoebe and I never want to lose you again. " He said pulling out a modest diamond ring he got on one knee. "Phoebe. Will you marry me?" He asked hopefully. He had planned this for weeks but now felt better.
