It'd be more likely that one of them would be swayed to join the other, because I don't see a lot of room for neutrality in a sith hunt. There'd be little point in being neutral. Sith are arguably too deadly to bother chasing after bounty without considerable aid (aka Jedi and Taskforce), and there'd be no profit in attacking the Jedi/Taskforce without a patron.

Also, despite the fact that they are few in number, I wouldn't necessarily say the two Mandos wouldn't attack each other. If Kast saw your character with the Sith while hunting them. He'd probably shoot at you too. He'd be less inclined to make sure he hit you, but he wouldn't cease fire immediately.

They'd probably have a tense, but respectful relationship. Honestly, I think Kast is going to have tense relationships with pretty much everyone else on the Republic side anyway. They could have been long time partners for Merc work in order to give more credibility to her... and hell, maybe he'll be the one Mando she [i]doesn't[/i] want to kill.
