"Offend me?" she snickered, shaking her head a little. "I'm not too easily offended on my good days. Headmistress Issabella and I have made quite the connection over the years, she's taken me as almost like.." she paused, "Like a daughter." she offered the boy a small smile as she gazed upon his plate. He must have been more hungry than she thought. Charlize had finished her pastry and most of her tea when Zane asked her why she was so distraught about the teacher. "Oh." she spoke nervously, looking around at the faculty by her. She hushed her voice and pressed close to him, her lips inches from his ear, "I'll save that story for our next class." she said, leaning back away from him as quickly as she had came. "Right? Ahaha! This tea is delicious!" she changed the subject rapidly as not to be suspicious to the prying ear or eye. She cared not if the boy chose to to play along, but she hoped he wasn't the aggressive type. Her nimble fingers played with the crumbs on the table spread while her thoughts flew elsewhere. Catching site of the girl in the doorway, she couldn't help but smile. The girl had a very similar jacket to Charlize, but the girl's looked more crisp and clean. Obviously made by someone who knew what they were doing versus the hack job the little robot girl did.
