Kilune looked to the king and nodded without reply. She paused as Keith stood next to her. "Let's go now, unless you have something to sort out first..." She bristled slightly at his tone. How dare he speak to her in such a manner? She sharply spun on one heel and followed through the doorway. Her ears twitched, her exceptional hearing picking up his low whispers. "Now we're putting our trust in Elves and what not? What is he thinking?" Oh yes, Keith was angry. It didn't take elvish senses to gather that much. Dark grey eyes narrowed on the man's back. Well, if he didn't trust her that was just fine by her. She would prove to him that "Elves and what not" could be counted on just as much as a human, if not more. She held tightly to her sword hilt, resisting the urge to make some snippy comment. And humans called elves rude and high strung. She looked to him curiously as she watched the blade on Keith's back. She raised an eyebrow as she walked next to him, easily keeping pace with his broad steps. "How is it that you, a mere human, can weild such a weapon?" Her eyes narrowed on him a bit, "Does your history have non-human relations?" She looked forward as they walked. "Not that your family tree interests me, it is simply unusual to see such a task done with what seems to be such ease from a human." She cut her eyes to the side to glance at him, attempting to hide her curiosity.
