Depends if your going full on Sith or not. I'd say War. Jetpacks in this era I'm personally sketchy with. Vet doesn't ring cool for me as there hasn't been a true war for a while just skirmishes. Main reason I like war is likely he'll be less force proficient than Rorwoorr but better in sabre combat.
