He'll explain in 'aggressive negotiations' that he earned the helm by removing the head that was inside the helm. For all the wookiee knows, the person he took the helm from wasn't even a mandalorian, but it does keep him gleefully occupied when every mano'ad comes out of the vents for a bout of exercise.
