The way Richie is taking the guild's is trying to focus on getting the best possible futures the game can provide, instead of the last White King's perceived style of tyranny and hoarding. It's more geared toward people who have no other choices in-game. Avatars about to turn 19, Outlaws, People who have been barred from their original guilds; that kind of stuff.
