Anise stiffly nodded. She didn't say anything, because she didn't know what to say. For a princess with normally a lot to say, this was the first time she had no words at her disposal.

Resting sounded nice, but in spite of everything, or perhaps because of it she couldn't even close her eyes. She was exhausted and yet she couldn't sleep. "A st-story would be nice." If anything a story would help her relax. She looked around the cavern looking for all exits just in case something decided to attack them here. She didn't want any things sneaking up on them while they rested.
