[b]General strengths/weaknesses:[/b] Gets wonky here. You have general strengths that are ranging from.. very good strengths to less good strengths, but they're all still pretty good. Especially since you have a large chakra pool, and adequate control over it. These are usually +1 -1 for genin, meaning that either 1 of them is good, or they are both average. It might be best to ommit 1 of them, or just make them both average. You can focus on one later, but I'd say that if you choose 1 specific one (i.e high chakra control) it'd be hard to suddenly increase your chakra pool. Get it?

Not only that but your weaknesses are.. not so objective. Gets easily impacted by his emotions, prefers to keep to himself, teamwork is hard for him.. seems like these are traits and not neccesarily weaknesses. One can be perfectly fine without teamwork -- kill 100 shinobi solo. Does that make it a weakness to him that he's bad at teamwork? Not really, right?

This is not a weakness considering that in the same breath you state;

Kiba never used anything but a similar technique-style to your KG. Did this make him weak? It's not called weakness, it's a specialization. The Hyuga's also didn't even bother using normal styled techniques -- their kekkei genkai was more than enough. Meanwhile Hyuga are one of the most OP clans in the entire series -- even more so than the overrated Uchiha. 

So in short, downscale the strengths, upscale the weaknesses to more relevant objective stuff. 

Other than that, the custom jutsu seem to be pretty wel scaled though I'd like a bit more info on the dragon jutsu. How good are the fireballs? I think you should divide the dragon jutsu and the dragon-fire breath into two different jutsu. 

Equipment is perfectly fine.

Lets hope I didn't completely wreck your hopes for this RP -- all this is in good faith.
