I have not asked the other GM's their opinions so all this is subject to change, but it's in your best interest to change since we cut everything off by Thursday.

This needs to be altered, for Genin CC and large chakra pools are a get one take one basis.
If your CC is good, your pool is not. To be put simply.

Again, I'd say the entire balance is completely off, you're bad with Tai but good with Ken. You can't use other elements? That's hardly a weakness. The water weakness seems fine to me.

First off, I believe you must first have a Genin to make a Jounin. Secondly, I'm not one hundred percent sure we're accepting Jounin. Thirdly doesn't speak much isn't really a weakness. Finally fix the bbc code please.
