Powers/Abilities: Under the Sun's solar radiation, Supergirl's kryptonian blood allows her to absorbs energy and can fly, has superstrength, superspeed, invulnerability, acute hearing and a range of vision, including x-ray vision and heat vision. However, she is vulnerable to Kryptonite and even without it can be beaten.. She is deadly smart like her father but not as strong as her mother. (She is not completely OP) 

Back Story: Many years after Supergirl left the Justice League with Brainiac 5, a teenage girl was found roaming around the JLA base, she was apprehended after a huge fight (because this girl was strong like Supes and smart like Bats they had trouble catching her). She claimed to be the daughter of the previous Supergirl and was sent to take Kara's place in protecting Earth. Much like the original Supergirl, Juliet went to live under Superman's watch and he took care of her and taught her just as he had Kara. Although she did not have the training from the Amazons like her mother, Juliet was very capable of taking down enemies with her wits alone. Especially after spending a lot of time with Batman. Finally when she had proven herself, Superman gave her her very own costume and she joined with the others. It wasn't long after joining JLA that the incident with Darkseid had occurred and she was left alone to protect Earth with the few heroes that were left. Now it was only a matter of finding them...
