Appearance: Extremely bulky in figure, Luke suffers from a side effect of a vat of chemicals he fell in while battling Toy Master, turning his skin a dark crimson red. His Luchador mask has a double helix down the sides, and on the front, a skull pattern. He wears no shirt, but rather just a pair of slightly baggy pants reaching to below his knees, being black to match his mask, and cape. When not fighting crime, he wears a white suit, white gloves, white boots that go up into his pant legs and a white mask, along with reflective glasses to hide his now stained skin.

Back Story: One of the few heroes to have killed their arch rival, the luchador has had a troubled past. Formerly a youth near the Mexico-Texas border, his parents had abandoned him, so he took to the life of a street urchin, stealing and mugging people in his youth to get the money to get by, and feed his young sister, Lilly. He always made sure Lilly had everything she needed, he helped get her into a nice school, made sure she had something to eat every night. Lilly had adored super heroes, and in a similar way, luchadors. Luke managed to get a cheap store bought plastic one, and pretend to be a super hero for his sister, making their hard lives a bit easier with a laugh. Eventually, he was forced by a small time drug cartel to run drugs across his city on foot, as to avoid police detection. One day he was caught, and a corrupt official beat the names of his co-gang members out of him. For this, one day when returning home, he found his sister....with a cartel neck tie, and a message written in her blood, telling him this is the price for betrayal. Donning the mask his sister had adored so much, he swore to kill the men responsible for his sister's death. The cartel who had forced him into a life of serious crime, and the cop who has beat him to the point he had to tell him the names of his co-criminals. Eventually, after years of training, close shaves with not only his gang, but the law, and even an encounter with batman,The Ultimate Luchador took his revenge..but when he stared the men who has killed his sister in the face, while he could of easily broken them with a flick of his wrist...he threw them to the police, and walked away. Being an extremely small time hero, he flew under the justice league's radar until one day in his area the villain known as Toyman kidnapped a bus full of children, with intent to turn them into dolls. While batman was on the scene, there was a split moment where a child was dropped by Toyman, to plummet into a vat of super heated red dye. Acting reflexively, the luchador lunged though a window, saving the child, but having himself plummet into the vat. This is what dyed his skin the now iconic crimson. Later in life, while fighting his also small time villain, the rain maker, Maker had caused several children to drown in a flash flood, the luchador snapped, and in turned, snapped Rain maker into two halves, before throwing him into the flood waters. Several heroes attempted to have him arrested, but he was in the right, having legally acted in..self defense. Now, in a world where many heroes have vanished, will this hero find a place among the justice league? Or will once again his radical actions lead him to be shunned? Only time will tell.
