Kanajiro Hanamoto --- Kanajiro decided to let Ruri do her talking so that it'd be over sooner rather than later. So he just went along, took the insults and smile as she'd call him a homo. He'd simply retort, “If you say so Ruri.” Ruri was always right anyway, even when she was wrong. Something that the teachers had problems with whenever the tutor that taught her shinobi arts was unavailable or she had to take a certain class because it was mandatory. Kanajiro was just happy that she didn't struggle when he asked her to walk with him. She suddenly decided that she had had enough however and simply grabbed his collar halfway through the walk, dragging him with her through the streets to her house. He couldn't help but grin as he was being pulled along by this strange girl, who'd given him a break from the serious stuff that he had to do as clan head. Maybe she didn't go about it nicely but he'd hardly care. He got released from the girls iron grip and before he could stand up straight again -- he had to bend over due to being pulled by the girl, and the fact that he was taller than her -- she flicked his nose and laughed. Not sure how to respond to this, Kanajiro decided to just keep his mouth shut as he had before hand, simply put his hands inside his coat pockets and watched her walk back. When she blew him a kiss, he simply waved at her. “This girl is strange.” he thought to himself. Someone who randomly flicks peoples noses, calls them names and then blows them kisses. Definetely crazy. But when she opened the door to the mansion, Kanajiro could briefly see her father, and it was obvious her father saw Kanajiro too. They made eye contact for some time before Ruri had managed to close the door again. It was pretty obvious that Ruri had done something to anger him, but Kanajiro was unsure if he was partially at fault too for keeping Ruri away for so long. Somehow her craziness made sense to Kanajiro, always being opressed to do what was right for the family, remember etiquette at all times. It seemed bothersome, and she might've needed an escape from all that. Shaking his head at the notion of Ruri being a crazy girl, he couldn't help but grin ever so slightly as he walked back home. Perhaps Daisuke would cook him some food if he asked him kindly. Or perhaps he'd kick Kanajiro's ass for making him do stupid stuff like that. His grin grew and he started marching home, hands in his jacket and his eyes locking with the sky. ~~~~~~~~~~ The next morning. Kanajiro woke up at 8.00 AM sharp, took a quick 5 minute shower, brushed his teeth and then got dressed. It was around 8:10 when he got downstairs where he made breakfast for himself, as he didn't want to bother a servant with such mundane tasks. Matter of fact, he preffered if the servants didn't do anything at all for him, but Rei had insisted that they help him around sometimes. His breakfast was quite healthy, consisting of an apple, two banana's and some soup. He'd pour some orange juice as well, simply cause he liked it. Today should be a good day, he decided as he put on his jacket over his black fish-net T-shirt. Something about today made him happy, perhaps because he was finally gonna do something rather than sit inside and handle political affairs regarding the family. Ruri had mentioned the fifth training grounds, and Kanajiro guessed that he'd have Kariru as his sensei. He believed she was the drunk, but he wasn't sure since there were a few Granite Guards and he had never really met any other that the two recently deceased Guards. Regardless, it'd be an interesting experience. He closed the jacket and strapped the straps together, before leaving at around 8:30. The trainingfields were only a short while away from the Hanamoto estate, approximately 8-10 minutes walk. When he got there he looked over to the other field where he'd see Hiroto and Reiji doing their own little thing. He thought about going to say hi but he didn't really know either of them except for their names and some memorable stuff they did in classes -- they were alright, but neither of them seemed to be extremely remarkable in any way. It'd seem like Kanajiro was the first, which somewhat bothered him cause he wanted to know who was in his team.
