So im guessing what we should do to speed everything up is not bother with actually "gathering" in council and things that require everyone to check in with a post for. We can skype our meetings in over the nets so we can be doing lots of different things in parallel to actual council stuff so we do not sit there for a week. When you want to say something, just address it to the entire council, and you can do w/e else while replying to each other.

tl;dr Act more individually rather than as an adventure party that has assemble to do anything.
