I have made some changes to my Folder, Areagrap (number 16) is replaced with FireAura while GrassStage (19) is now Spreader and GrassStage (24) is ElcReel1

Yeah, it's actually funny that they don't include the stages and area grab in the anime. I mean, makes sense since you're not restrained by spaces and rows and such, but still. Found it interesting.

Alright, so, Demon and I did some research and discovered that, once again, folders are a game feature. We'll be running things like the anime, so if we could instead get a list of all the chips you'll have to start, which can be added to as we progress, that would help.

A little bit of both. I'm rewatching the anime and I double checked on Wiki.

What is the maximum of chips you can start with?

Go by the rareness of the chip and the fact that as teenagers we probably don't have THAT much money to blow on chips xD

So let's say 20 basic chips. And 4 rare chips. That seems about fair right?

Also keep in mind, no boss chips. Like in the games you got chips after beating bosses and others navi. Not in the RP. Other than that chips are pretty fair game. And we'll get more as the RP progresses.

Skills: Alex is good at making plans of attack, which goes to waste most of the time because of his arrogant NetNavi ElfMan disapproving of the plan or just charging into battle. He is also skilled at programming, and even made a few programs (at ElfMan's "demand") to boost his NetNavi's power.
Personality: Alex is a kind hearted, sweet, and innocent young man. He tends to work behind the scenes because of his shy nature, and the only reason why he is in action so much is because his NetNavi. While he has his mind set in the good side, he can be easily convinced to do things because of his submissive nature. Even females can make Alex do what they want him to do. But his NetNavi ElfMan keeps things in check for him, and because of this he had slowly gained the feelings to fight back himself. Alex would never do anything to hurt anyone, he just wants the best for everyone, even if ElfMan's arrogant self does not agree with him. However, while he keeps almost all of his anger inside of him, if ElfMan keeps annoying him he just might have an outburst of anger.
History: Alex was always a programmer ever since the day his father showed him a computer. He has made many simple programs in his past, mainly computer games, but as he grew up, his programs became more and more robust, soon coming to the point where he made a system that monitored the entire computer! And this his 10th birthday came. His gift from his parents was a PET and a NetNavi, ElfMan. ElfMan started out as a NetNavi with no emotions, seeing as he had only recently been created and had no time to learn, but as the days stretched into weeks and Alex tested out ElfMan, the little computer program became cocky, headstrong, and arrogant. Whenever Alex did something that ElfMan did not like, he quickly let him know in the worst possible way. Still, in later months they soon started to bond, and after a year the strangest of friendships was born. While ElfMan may think he controls Alex's every movement, Alex is the main hero in his life, and he will do what he thinks is right no matter what.

Not a chip folder, just a list with the names of the chips you intend to use. Don't need, say, Three Invis, just from 1 to 24, counting four rare chips, that you'll use and how many doesn't matter.

Alright pretty good. One thing though,
Elf Arrow. Make it a regular straight shot on average and the piercing function should be a charge shot.
We'll likely end up competing or stuff a lot as both our characters seem to be very skilled programmers.

I'll make my own chip folder a little later. That's not the problem though.

The two 15 year old characters will be in the same class and the three 16 year old characters will be in the same class.
