Uh, by percentage they're about as much meat as a human, there's more meat than bone but it's mostly low-quality fatty, stringy meat. I guess if you could manage to catch them you could eat them no problem, their bones are too thin to hold up against bite strength. It'd probably give you high cholesterol or something. Killing you slowly from the heart out.
