The concept of rectitude holds a great deal of importance to him; the idea that there is a proper way for things to be, and that people should strive to achieve and maintain this state. He has a great love of riddles, puzzles, and other sorts of mental exercise; as well as the 'simpler' pleasures of the world, like well made food and pretty flowers. He has a great deal of wisdom on a broad range of subjects, but this is a two-edged sword in that it can be quite difficult to convince him that he's misjudged something when he's actually wrong about it. No sharp or pointy things for him. --- Parameters: Strength: E Endurance: E Agility: C Mana: A+ Luck: A --- Class Skills: Item Construction, Rank C The skill to manufacture magical items. Caster specializes in the construction of Omamori (charms that confer a generally defensive effect on the bearer) and Ofuda (paper talismans that store a particular spell and a quantity of prana to power it). Territory Creation, Rank A The skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus. Creation of a "Temple", which is superior to a "Workshop", becomes possible. --- Personal Skills: Hōjutsu, Rank B Hōjutsu is the other name given to the Thaumaturgical Theory of Onmyōdō, a variant of the Chinese school of Thaumaturgy that uses the concept of yin and yang as foundation. The predominant system of Magecraft in Japan, it is ideologically incompatible with the Western schools of Thaumaturgy. It is a system that excels at divination, curses and the like. Its most famous practitioner was Abe no Seimei. Caster's mastery can be considered well beyond the scope of modern magecraft. Divinity, Rank A Caster is the son of Kuzunoha, the Inari Okami of Shinoda. ---
Name: Juuni no Shinshou Title: Twelve Heavenly Generals Rank: A NP Type: Anti-Army Range: 1-30 Maximum Number of Targets: 12 The highest level Shikigami spirits that Abe no Seimei was said to command. The summoning of the true celestial spirits of the twelve cannot be actualized in this age. Rather, the Shikigami Caster summons are vessels prepared and provided in accordance with the twelve earthly branches of the chinese zodiac; in a manner similar to the class vessels that the grail provides to servants. The twelve are Ne (Rat), Ushi (Ox), Tora (Tiger), U (Hare), Tatsu (Dragon), Mi (Serpent), Uma (Horse), Hitsuji (Ram), Saru (Monkey), Tori (Cockerel), Inu (Hound), and I (Boar). When they materialize the twelve appear as humans physically reminiscent of their associated animal. These Shikigami assist Caster, aiding him in his spellcraft, providing reconnaisance and defence. Each spirit has an associated season, planet, time of day, direction, element, lucky and unlucky numbers, and lucky and unlucky colors. Individually and without considering circumstantial bonuses, they are not very powerful. When used with careful forethought however, their full potential can be eked out. Because of these variable conditions, Juuni no Shinshou has the potential to be either very weak or very strong. Due to the mana requirements of the shikigami, only a few can be materialized at any given time. Each shikigami has a bonus parameter hierarchy. When they've met 1 circumstantial bonus condition they receive a rank-up in the first paramter in their hierarchy, when they meet a second condition they get a rank up in the second parameter, and when they've met a third condition they get a rank-up in the third parameter. I really doubt we'll ever come to a situation where more than 3 circumstantial modifier apply at a given time, but in that case the hierarchy would roll back to the beginning (so for example 4 circumstantial bonuses would give 2 ranks up in the 1st parameter, and 1 rank up each in the second and third parameter). The unlucky numbers and unlucky colors work the opposite way that the bonus circumstances do. If their unlucky color or number factors into a situation meaningfully, it either A) cancels out a single bonus circumstance in effect or, if there are no bonus circumstances currently in effect, B) applys a rank-down to the first parameter in the hierarchy.
