To help things along, whenever I use < > around Victor's speech, he's speaking German. You can probably easily tell already, but his Japanese isn't top notch, so I'll be dropping words and using incorrect grammar for a lot of his speech.

Maybe he'll find someone to help him speak it better. *rubs hands together*
