Form of Aspect:
Mestiere Staccato/Jury-Craft (Concept)

Appearance of Aspect:
A tattoo of two interlocking cogs on his wrist. Both have 8 teeth, but only 5 are exposed on either side. The gear on the right (In Piccard's perspective) is grey, the other, black. When Crafting, the cogs light up, the light making them seem to vaguely turn.

Xeno:
Mestiere Staccato, at its most basic, enables its user to create any none-electrical powered mechanism from anything plausible, in a matter of seconds. This Concept-type is different from other Concept types, in that, it doesn't passively grant its user increased endurance and strength, the Aspect gains a sudden burst of strength, dexterity, and perception only when they wish to create a machine. This enables them to break stone and wood with their bare hands, shape them into unpolished parts, and create constructs in a matter of moments, though how many moments depends on the size and complexity of the construct. The burst of empowerment only lasts as long as the item is being built though, so never can it be used for combat.

The constructs themselves, are very easy to break, and may as well crumble after moments of conception. Most susceptible to this are the more complex and sizeable machines. To put it simply, Items like throwing-knives, usually outlive items like crossbows.

Personal Belongings:
A small sidebag that contains some pieces of wood, stones, and rebar.
His dad's flight-goggles. He's never used this in conjunction with his Mestiere, as he wishes not to lose this at all.

Additional Info:
Piccard considers himself a pragmatist, though, a redundant one, he may want to finish his battles quickly and efficiently, but his habit for creating new things and trying new methods always gets in his way, he begrudgingly notices this, and repeatedly tries to rid himself of this habit, but also repeatedly fails. He prefers the solitude of his studio/lab, than the company of friends, but has no qualms about socializing, as a consequence, he spends more time with his none-Staccato creations (be it artwork or machine), than he does with other students and acquiantances.

Yeah, I've been thinking he could help Keepa augment their arm... maybe. And as ERode said, Katsuo could drag him to places and have him to build whatever the heck. Also I want Aislinn and him to be decent to good friends, since she shares some similar attitudes, I want to see an exchange when it comes to Aislinn trying to sell Piccard stuff since their both good at economics, and how hustle-y they get.

Is all that all right with the owners of the respective characters?

Aislinn's wares tend more to the intangible, although she is thrifty enough to sell some of her used stuff, yeah. I think she'd be more interested in commissioning constructs than selling things, though.

Still, it would be interesting to see both of them trying to keep revising prices, say when Aislinn wants to commission something to build, and offers a price, Piccard offers a higher price, then she offers a price a little lower, but still higher than her initial one, and so on. Although, this would possibly stray into one-liner dialogues, which are not allowed here, so I don't know. Although I'd still like them to be friends anyway.

The trick to Keepa's arm is that it looks mechanical about an hour or so after a fight, the plating getting broken and falling off/shed.
I'm sure they'd appreciate the curiousness...or a snack on any scrap metal you may have lying around. "Crush" has an odd application in Keepa's situation (currently).
