I've put all the characters we have into a roster on the OP! I should be able to put the first IC up in a few hours! I was thinking we should start a day or two after the start of the first semester. 

As for the 1 day vs. 3 day full moon thing, I say maybe the werewolf only transforms at night when the moon is actually out. You know, wait for the dark clouds to unveil the white circle in the sky and THEN cue the howling?
