What Rethel said is true; this thing is actually the bane of Demon Lord L4's existence, but at the same time, it allows that exact monster to attack on your opponent's turn. It's like No2 for the Demon Lords. But hey, we've all got access to this Counterattack card if it gets the green light, so you have to be just as wary of it as the rest of us :3

If only because it's just as much a threat to you as it is to us, I'd say it's okay for now. Might be one of those cards we'll have to see in action to come to a final call.
