Does anyone follow football at all? Association football that is, not the american sort (I don't mind that either though)

Brief is fine. I am usually shorter. First posts tend to get long winded, simply because there's so much ground to cover at a stretch.

And I only pay attention to football once every four years.

In your post I actually laughed at the hitting your head on the pod XD I envisioned Dumb and Dumber for some reason. I can see Mr.Pilot injecting some comedy throughout the RP, meaning Natan will probably like speaking to him :P

I love American Football, but I did play a lot of soccer (Football) as a kid.

I honestly prefer consuming alcohol to energy drinks -- healthwise -- but maybe that's just my stomach talking.

I tend to drink both anyway.

I always found that sort of strange. Why the Brits? Why not the Chinese? They probably drink more tea than anyone.

Only because there are more of them, as far as I've heard from anyone who visits they say it's true how we all drink tea all the time. Known as a 'Builders Brew' it's nothing like Chinese hot leaf water XD It's like the Irish and Guinness. It just goes a long with our 'we think we're posh having tea and biscuits' mentality :P I think it's our national drink.

EDIT: Great post Heroes! I'll post tomorrow, I'm in the Cafeteria too now btw, so if anyone wants to interact with Natan go for it :)

Yeah I suppose you are right. I guess Russia is synonymous with Vodka. Scotland with Scotch, Mexico with Tequila? Now I think about it there are a few, but more unofficial national drinks. Your from America right? I know you lot drink Coffee a lot. I wouldn't say it's your national drink though. I guess, with England being so...multicultural it's difficult to find something quintessentially British, at least for me it is. A builders Brew though, that's England. (Unintentionally sounding patriotic)

I like living in England, we have a certain...freedom, which is nice. In my opinion we are governed by idiots though, and whilst our high opinion of ourselves might have been justified in the 20th century, I think we have gone down-hill since then. I don't like it but we have our fare-share of Yobo's too. Kinda going on a rant here, but I find it interesting. I'll be going to sleep soon anyhow. I hope everyone had a good day, or will have a good day depending on time zones.

And for heaven's sake, be as patriotic - quite intentionally - all you like! You've got good reason to be!

Thanks for the post, Blackbeard. I'm doing well this morning, and I hope you are also. As for your comment about defending Britain, I don't know of anyone from any country that won't tout their nation, and in the next breath bemoan her character . Just part of being human I suppose.
