Personality: Quiet, bookishly smart. Puts up a cold exterior to hide a generally shy nature, and tries to not get close to people. When working with or talking about machines though, becomes animated, alive, energetic when working with machines, determined, even protective, and she has a tendency to ignore people. One could say that she's almost like two separate people.
Brief Backstory: Born in Izhvesk, Klara grew up to the clatter of machinery and the sound of hissing metal. Her father worked in the factories, producing guns and weapons to feed his family, while mother cared for her at home, with her two older brothers, who went to do the same thing, or left to find other prospects. 

Perhaps because of that age gap between siblings, or just some tick of her personality, Klara was never quite good at making friends. This maintained itself through primary education, where she was secluded from most of the social groups. But she didn't mind, as her affinity for machinery and mechanics presented itself, stripping things down to see how they worked, using spare parts to build new devices, things like that which drove her mother crazy, but which she would admit was better than smoking and drinking vodka. 

She wasn't all that affected by the arrival of the Nephilim, which missed where she lived, fortunately, but she did follow the developments coming from that. It drove her desire to improve, and she quickly distinguished herself in engineering clubs, spending after school time, and building competitions, even submitting to some technical magazines 

Eventually her skills brought her to the attention of the provincial government, who funded her attending a technical school. It was there that she was approached by SEED, offered the opportunity to work with the cutting edge in technology and military weaponry. And faced with that, how could she say no? She quickly accepted, and with a goodbye to her family, was taken to Tokyo, where she has been studying and wondering when she will get to have some hands on experience. 
Abilities: A mechanical genius, also a decent hacker and computer technician, good at welding and construction
Powers: With her focus on tools and equipment, Klara's power is the ability to manipulate electrical currents, as well as energy. This allows her to power devices using her bioelectrical energy, as well as shut them down by denying them energy, manipulating them to do what she wants to activate certain functions (including hacking). 

In combat, this manifests itself as the ability to control machines, as well as the ability to shoot bolts of lightning. This does have the drawback in that it can be draining on her own energy to do so in significant amounts. But it is very devastating when she uses it.
Weapon(s): Her Magitech armor is the epitome in technology, making her capable of powered flight, and advanced combat. She uses a three pronged blade for close in combat, whilst built in semiautomatic weapons give her ranged capacity. She also can carry explosives and other devices to aid her in combat in the storage space in her armor. 

It has a limited shielding capacity, which converts enemy energy based attacks and converts them into electrical energy, stored in buffers, which she can draw on to power her lightning attacks, or the suit in general. Exposure to excessive or repeated attacks will overload the shields though, and they do not cover her entire body.
