Based on 'The primary focus of the Roleplay is on a vast circular desert near the equator of Outremer' would I be able to make the faction of Desert Pirates that are slowing the Water supply lines from Edessa to Babylon? and somehow my Pirate/scavenger faction gets thrown into the main storyline since the focus is on or near their turf.
