[b]Personality:[/b] Ikiriyo has his way, and either you follow it or it’s the highway. Luckily for everyone else, his way accepts his relative lack of power within Hida-shima. He fufils the role of the stone-willed leader, just with very few people to lead, stubborn and dominant to a fault. Ikiriyo is efficient with what he does have at his disposal, but his obsession with efficiency leads to him putting unwavering faith in rationalism, coming across as cold and ruthless in pursuit of his goals. 

That is not to say he does not have his fair share of charisma, born of these very traits in fact. For all one could possibly critique Ikiriyo for his insensitive approach to his job, he gets it done. To him, that is the principle by which mages should live by. Do what you must, not what you can.

[b]Background:[/b] The fact a 23 year old is the Chief Enforcer of Hida-shima says a lot about the state of the city’s magic side, but that’s not to say Ikiriyo is undeserving of this position. A local, Ikiriyo is a humble second generation mage with an unusual aptitude for dealing with the supernatural. It is accepted that the older a mages bloodline is, the more potential they will have. Ikiriyo does not give a damn about that in the slightest. Through creative use of some very basic magic, and straight up skill, he became quite adept at brawling with mages and the other supernatural creatures present within Hida-shima. He is not the strongest thing in the city, or the most influential force, but it is considered unwise to try and get away with too much while he’s around.

His law is simple - don’t cause so much trouble that he cannot cover it up. That’s the rule, stick to it and he will not hound anyone. The moment that happens, or if he feels it is going to happen, he will come down like a hammer with the other (few) enforcers in Hida-shima. If you want to live in Hida-shima and you’re a vampire, or a werewolf or whatever creature? You know the rule, stick to it. If you’re only here to deal with something, deal with it and get out of his city. This goes for Egregoroi as well.
