Name: Corran Halcyon Species: Human (Corellian) Age: 25 Gender:Male Appearance:

Typical excursion gear in the image above, only difference is when flying he loses the trenchcoat and will typically move around the ship without it on, however refuses to leave the ship without it claiming that it is his lucky jacket. In terms of other clothes he doesn't have a wide variety, most of his clothing is identical save for a few different shirts. Typically as a well, ex-Smuggler most of his clothing is pretty standard and almost his trade mark. Height: About 6'2 (Shorter than me, silly Corran) Weight: No idea what an acceptable weight is here. Weaponry:1x Westar-35 blaster pistol. Equipment: Commlink, Chronometer, BARC-Speeder, originally owned the Saber. Red and Black R-3 series Astromech with an R-2 headdome to try and conceal the model nicknamed "Chuckles". Personality: Quick Witted and Cocky, however despite this he's also caring for his friends and definitely has a concious, cares about collateral damage and what not. He's quite trusting, with everything but his ship and has a live and let live attitude that his very nearly got him killed sometimes but at the same time has got him out of serious scrapes. The kind of person who can make friends easily just from talking to them and can remain friends with them for a very long time, a knack that's useful for finding out information he probably shouldn't really know. Despite this he can be quite arrogant sometimes depending on the situation, and more importantly while it takes a lot to set him off he has a hell of a temper. While he is good at masking his emotions and appearing joyful and lighthearted most of the time if he truly gets annoyed he just needs to hit something. Usually an inanimate object but you can never be too careful. Skills: -Exceptional Pilot -Reasonable Marksman with a Blaster Pistol -Mechanically gifted -Tactical Thinker -Can hold his alcohol Slicer - Not too skilled in this, but that's what he has R3 for. Flaws: -No real combat skills without a vehicle, other than with his blaster. -Tends to annoy people without realizing -Tends to not think about the bigger picture -While tactical he doesn't really plan ahead, just on the fly. -Really stubborn. Bio: Born on Corellia his father like many others found employment through the Corellian Engineering Corporation, his father being used to test the occasional ship for defects and putting new classes of ships through their paces. It was during this time that Corran learnt how to pilot a ship, quite often managing to hitch a ride along with his father through one way or another. Being a core planet the Clone Wars never really affected him, while he had always shown a degree of compassion it was simply something that didn't effect him and like many others when the New Order rose under Palpatine as Emperor he didn't really notice a difference. Whether it was the Republic or the Empire he had a need to get out into the wider galaxy and travel. So at the age of eighteen rather than joining CEC like his father wanted him too he joined CorSec. Training as a pilot his head start in life soon got him recognised, him getting recognised got him noticed and him getting noticed got him into the Imperial Navy. It was an unseen change of pace however he welcomed it. Working through the Academy on Cardia while he lacked in the theory classes when it was time to get practical he excelled ,it was his natural ability in the cockpit that got him through the Academy and into the Imperial Fleet with the grades he had been getting. Though like many Imperials the Truth on what was happening was not what he expected. True he thought in valiant battles against Pirates, though quite often he found himself and what later became his squadron employed against civilian targets, riots of non-humans who felt under-represented under the New Order. His view on it began to fall apart. After a particularly gruelling mission under the command of the ISB he defected. Waiting until the chaos of a battle to make his escape deep within an asteroid belt that had been frequented by pirates. Managing to barter for safe travel in exchange for his TIE fighter. Making his way back to Corellia he told his Father what had happened, and telling him that he'd never be able to return. To this end they staged the theft of a new YT-1300 off the line, built heavily modified for speed and with weapons turrets despite the restrictions. Obviously for some wealthy client. Over the years he became renowned as a smuggler taking contracts in the outer rim usually to avoid Imperials, though if the pay was good enough he would quite often pass through Imperial Space or even pick up and drop off cargo in it. During this time he honed his mechanical skills, many of the Sabers original panels removed as wiring became exposed, he quickly swapped appearances for speed at least internally. Until one time upon travelling within Imperial Space he had been using a civilian transport ship as cover, being attached to its outer hull. When the Imperials noticed his vessel despite the fact that this trick had worked many times on them (He believed the Captain of the ship had double crossed him). The Imperials threatening to blow the civilian ship and space all of its occupants he surrendered himself and his vessel. Though was given a choice, his ship would be used to better the Empire and he could go with it or go serve the sentence in prison. He grudgingly accepted as the Imperials got to work on the Saber, remodifying its interior and cleaning it up (Much to Corrans distaste) and no doubt placing several tracking devices on it. What really got him was the fact that he wouldn't even be in charge! He'd answer to some bounty hunters..
