Lols, I thought you came out a long post to criticize my character given so much time spent on it, phew, it was better than I expected. :3
She is not psychic, but she can predict your movement. It's like Sherlock Holmes where he predict your every move before his action. And yes, it's not exactly nuclear power, it's like an explosion that can melt metal in an instant, without the radiation.

Another example of her predictions will be based on Apollo from Phoenix Wright as well.
