Well, probably a few to be realistic-- I'll assume you're referring to foodstamps and TANF and the horrible, drug addicts who take advantage of good, hard working American's money! Several states have implemented a system for testing for addictions when applying for welfare (Florida, Ohio, Utah, and Kentucky among them), and they have found absolutley shocking result! 2.6% of people who received welfare used drugs, for everyone else it was a waste of time and money. [/hider]
