Also, Rofis, in private, pointed out that Elena, Gary, and the current Reform Council was, well, small for a movement with such big goals. My answer was that Elena and Gary were merely the local branch of the nationwide Internal Reformist faction, whose overall leader is a mysterious dude in DC.

[b]Edit:[/b] Also, Rofis has expressed concerns that, well, he made it look easy to slip under Aperture's radar. Basically, he had his character be doing merc work under a series of aliases, even though his methods (lasers and such) were glaringly unique. Not just that, but he had also had his robot arm examined by Aperture's scientists, and the latter didn't use it (the robot arm) for anything. Do you guys have any idea for a handwave to resolve this issue?
