Right, everything looks good apart from the fact that he can jump half a mile. Forgive me if my maths is horrid but half a mile is about 800 meters, correct? Which means that he could jump over this thing:

Simple answer to that? No, I'm not allowing a jump of that height or even mildly close to it. Apart from that, it's good! Maybe add some weaknesses and I'll accept him!

Like above, you need some weaknesses! As long as she dies when she sustains a mortal injury, I'm fine with the healing! Also, if you're hammer space is limited by E=MC2 then you have to remember how big the speed of light is. Even if the mass is relatively low, that's a lot of energy that can be stored there! I will let it through though. Finally, as long as she can't will someone out of existence, I'm fine with it. Approved!
