Fair enough, My only concern is how much jumping is a weapon for the hulk, while superman doesn't really use his flying as a weapon but more of a mode of transportation. Not saying your idea is bad, I like it, I'm just sayng the potential problem with it due to past heroes using said modes of transit. City of heroes didn't have that problem though and Hulk can leap into earth's atmosphere if he wants so yeah, you prob wont be anywhere near hulk levels of damage from jumps.
