@Raijinslayer: Alright, there are some problems here.

All Cruxi technology (besides simple side guns of theirs) that is or can be recovered is immediately handed over to the military in order for R&D, Drake getting a hold of any is highly unlikely. Also, 

Rework Nidhogg's primary weapon, because the Cruxi are so advanced in technology that they are nearly impossible to hack due to them mostly being synthetics. Remember, I stated this in the Interest Check OP that they have technology that is so advanced than ours, but we greatly outnumber them... however we are still losing. 

Also, while I like the idea of Nano-bots, the way you have it has it that he's trying to fulfill multiple roles, and while that does make him effective, his overall power would be fairly low considering his nanobots wouldn't be tailored to a singular role; they'd have to be programmed to multiple roles. If you could, I'd honestly consider a singular role in order to bring out the full potential of his mech while also reworking his Special Ability to do so.
