In case you're referring to me (which I don't believe you were, as I don't even have a WIP up), feel free to start without me. Assuming it's allowed, I'm perfectly alright with joining in a little while after the start if need be. As long as nobody messes with my claimed territory for a little while, I don't really think anything bad could occur.
