I'm just trying to be fair as best as I can so that he can fit in with the others on an even level, and I honestly truly appreciate you putting up with me. 

Sorry about the Special Ability, I was writing it up, and didn't notice that you changed it. The new Ability is actually a lot better, but change the "He can also make and carry larger, and more powerful version's of his matrix codes" to a temporary thing.

And, if you want a variety for your primary, then I think that'll be fine- however, remove the gun-based weapons. He shouldn't have any gun-based weapons aside from his Special Ability.

How does that all sound?
