Sounds good to me. I can work with melee only and range added by special ability, plus I thought the boost being temporary was implied. I'll make that more clear in my edit. Also, I don't think your being difficult at all, if something is OP, or doesn't work in your RP, then you should have the right to criticise it how you see fit.

Thanks, its been something that has had me worried in a couple RP's. But seriously, some people's responce to critique is completely over-blown, like the two guys who quit this RP. One for a character that anyone could tell wouldn't be accepted by a military installation, the other just for what was being referenced, I think. I seriousky don't understand why Asmodeus left, since it clearly states in the freakin' title what this is based off of, so id he didn't like the anime, why did he even bother.
