Personality: If one were to glance at Belle (although to merely glance is something very difficult indeed) one would more than likely assume she was a member of the cheerleading squad, or the past winner of some teenage beauty pageant. A stereotypical would assume her personality to be similar to the following: chatty, popular, superficial and perhaps even air-headed. So it might surprise one to imagine her any differently. However, Belle is exactly the polar opposite. Kind-hearted and compassionate, Belle is friendly and happy to help if she comes across someone in need. She is very intelligent, and adores reading, but is not incredibly serious or studious. In fact, she has a colourful imagination, and is prone to daydreaming. Despite her kind nature, she is perfectly able to stand up for herself, and tends to fire sarcastic comments and witty remarks at those that prove unpleasant. She doesn't like confrontation, but likes being pushed around and controlled even less so. She is considered just a 'little bit odd' by the majority of her classmates, but doesn't care in the slightest, as she is not at all concerned by what others think of her. She can sometimes be reckless, and, despite her intelligence, is not necessarily 'wise'.

~ Belle's most notable hobby is undoubtedly reading. She worms her way through the most complex of novels, and can read them again and again. 
~ Belle, although she is the object of desire for many a male and even a few female classmates, has never been in a romantic relationship. She is straight.
~ Belle works at the local bookshop part time, and is an editor for the school newspaper.
~ Belle's mother past away when Belle was eight from thyroid cancer, and so she lives with her father, a plumber.
~ Belle is fluent in French
