Katyusha had kept silent, and stood next to the other children unflinching. While she was still a girl, she had become quite adapt at things like this. She was a social girl, and a popular one at that; hiding your emotions, giving off fake confidence, and so on were all part of being an idol. So while she stood there, doing nothing, she thought and absorbed all the information being thrown out. While the other children interacted, tested the waters with their "Father", and that "Father" responded, the gears in her brain were moving at overdrive. While having time to think and take in everything was nice, she also wanted to blend in. If she were to talk right now Katyusha may have gotten recognized, and it was best to just be scenery right now. By the time the man offered snacks, she had reached conclusions, but this wasn't the time to worry about them. She had listened carefully to what he said during that call, and prepared to leave. She stood by the snacks waiting for it to be time to go. While she would've liked to know these peoples names, this likely wouldn't be a good time, just like how going over what she had figured out needed to wait. As it was, there wasn't much to do but prepare and leave. However, she noticed some of her soon to be comrades react to the news of the Cruxi's arrival. Her face darkened somewhat. While it was perfectly fine to be excited for battle, clearly they weren't prepared to fight. She doubted any of them would last long in their current state against any boarding action. It'd be suicide, a waste of death, and she was sure that their "Father" wouldn't send them to fight without any sort of protection or chance. Some people here had blood lust off the battlefield, and that was worrying. These would be the children to keep an eye on, and while she was sure that the people who had captured her were keeping notes, it didn't hurt for her to make sure everything was order anyway. Other than that, it was clear this situation had degraded. If the cruxi were here, that meant these people were the real deal- the military. In other words, that meant any of her worries about this being some weird rebel or separatist movement were gone. If that were the case, she would've found a way to commit suicide or cause some sort of damage before she'd be forced to betray her Motherland. But now those fears had been mostly erased. Well, time to get a move on. Perhaps she could cheat the system a bit while they were on the run. Still, time to try and get a question in before they started running. She doubted they'd be leaving this area instantly. Things took time to move and prepare to move, after all. "Hey, Father, how did they manage to find us? If you guys can kill children easily, I'd imagine we're pretty well hidden." She had two options, try to awkwardly talk to one of the other children, or attempt to talk to the man who had told them to ask questions. It was a long shot considering they were ready to high tail it, but might as well try. It was pretty clear the guy wasn't her biological father, but it isn't like they could defy them. That was pretty clear from the conclusions she had made earlier. To bad reviewing them was essentially out of the question for now.
