Look, I get your whole thassalocracy idea. But I think you're pushing it to an extreme that, I daresay, borders on trollishness. You really want to leave new players/late joiners no islands whatsoever to claim? You really want to forge a world history where people just [i]let[/i] you take islands right off their coastlines?
