Certainly. So I'm not picturing the Flash + Inque. What I mean by frictionless super speed is that suppose he were to jump off of a tall building, or to be accelerated by something, the velocity wouldn't be slowed by friction unless he wills it. So it'd be like, jump from a height, liquify and convert the downward velocity into forward velocity and slide pretty damned fast forward.

I guess it could technically fall under the mercury mimicry too cause it'd be faster than average but not anywhere near lightning or anything like that.

EDIT:: I just reread that and that's way too much physics to explain it. It's just part of being a liquid metal. I'm changing the CS to match haha
