Illusion - Richard can cast a number of illusions on his victims, however the strength of the illusion depends on his and the other party's mental fortitude, their grasp on reality, and whether they can be deceived easily or not. Taking these limits into account, he can cast a simple illusion of himself somewhere else, or make others think that he isn't present, or he can plunge a single person into an alternate reality where nothing makes sense.

Appearance:
Richard has a natural tan with wavy blond hair that goes down to his shoulders, soft jawbone with a sort of an angular face. He has green eyes and a crooked nose from a previously broken nose. His build is athletic and he wears a normal green shirt with blue jeans, with a pair of football trainers.

Personality:
Richard is generally a kind fellow, fairly loyal, and a good companion to have around. However, he can be a bit cynical and tends to call it his "realism giving an opinion," and he can also be quite clever.

History:
Richard's life was no different than any others as a teenager living in England. He went to public school, had a couple friends he would hang out with, siblings that he had strained relationships with, and the whole nine yards. There was nothing special about it, nothing exciting. Just normal. That is until the meteor hit France. England, and many of France's neighbouring countries got hit the worst, and in Richard's eye he got the worst of all. His parents were the first to go, simultaneously, they just simply died in their sleep from radiation poisoning and there was nothing anyone could do, then his older brother was shanked and died from the wounds and his little three year old sister passed away in the hospital bed, from a variety of diseases and disorders caused by the thick, heavy clouds.

With his family gone, he sought out his friends but found they too were dead. Going through his year books he sought anyone from his school who could help, the few that did remain alive were too sick to do anything or simply didn't want to face the reality of what happened and live in their own little world. When he had lost all sort of hope, Richard discovered his powers for illusion and casting people in them, it brought a little hope to him, but not enough to quell the pain of losing everyone. 

Things turned for the worse when the English government demanded that he be captured, calling him "Omega" for some strange reason. Although his abilities allowed him to escape their custody, he now lives alone in the country side, occasionally talking with other "Subjects" through a telepathic line he only recently discovered.
