Lydia stood and looked at Ragna for a time after he had sat down. She had mostly suggested that they stop for the night due to the girl. But then again, they had a horde of demons breathing down their necks and Ragna's family was after him. As he had said the dwarven borders were close by. Even if Lydia carried the girl--she wasn't simply going to leave her in the forest--she knew she'd be able to make it. Removing her bow and quiver she pushed them at Ragnarok. "Carry these for me...please," she said, adding the last part after a moment's hesitation. Without any explanation she went over to the girl. She lifted her up and set her against the tree, retrieved her cloak and put it back on, then put the other one around the girl. Turning around while crouching down she grabbed the girl's arms and pulled them over her shoulders, shifting the weight until the girl was laying on Lydia's back. Then she grabbed hold of the sleeping girl's legs to keep her in place and stood up with little effort, shifting so the girl had settled into a good position on her back. Lydia whispered a few words and a sudden gust of cold air killed the fire, leaving them in darkness. "Let's get going," Lydia said. "Like you said we can make it to the dwarven lands before sunup. We can leave this girl with them and they'll get her where she needs to go. ...I find you rather interesting, and we're not all that dissimilar as you put it. No need to give your family even an extra second to catch up with us, eh, Ragna?" She smirked a bit, but it was not entirely unfriendly.
