Force Lightning is an extremely advanced technique, especially for someone who isn't Dark Side oriented. Please describe Force Fire and Phase Walking, as they aren't canonical Force abilities. Character's backstory makes no mention of his incredible facility for language, it seems very out of place and random that he would learn a niche language like the Sand People tongue. You say things in his personality that aren't borne out by the rest of the character, he doesn't come off as caring or wise beyond his years when you go on to say he's perfectly okay with watching people die or slaughtering guards of people who oppose him.

That sounds like murder to me, and someone who is known to murder people at peace summits wouldn't be invited to a peace summit.
