xD It doesn't.
As far as I could read off the menu, they didn't have mashed potatoes and gravy, and the chicken wasn't all crispy like american KFC, it was almost grilled. Soft skin and stuff.

Yen rate is way high at the moment. We get some 130 ¥ to the US Dollar right now. So if we pay in yen, its cheaper.

Yeah this isn't great. All my RPs are dying and more and more people are leaving. It's a weird dogmatic loyalty, but I feel like I've been here too long to just leave because the site is being lethargic. It's less like going down with your ship, because I still believe things will get better later, it's more like watching a family member sick in the hospital.

Which I find symbolic, and maybe a little ironic relative to my life, because I've been in a hospital for the past 3 days with my great grandmother (broken hip).

I don't have all the information I'd need to make the most informed analysis, but I feel like the difference here is that the website downs would stop being a problem if mahzy mahz let some of us donate for a better server maybe?

I'm only half worried about this since I got another site while I wait for this site to unfuck itself which it will eventually do. Plus there will be other people staying out of loyalty as well.

I'd worry though if people start getting off and leaving if there are more problems with the site and it become abundantly clear that Mahz running solo on the site is unfeasible. Because then the reputation starts getting damaged as why would you got to a site that's prone to crashing and on top of it looks unfinished and the admin is seemingly unable and worse aloof to the problems of his clientele

I'm here out of loyalty. That's a definite. I've been stubbornly declining invites to the other sites my partners are jumping ship to.
However, I've invited them to the website I've been on since last summer. Its this quiet little nearly empty site thats holding one active rp and perhaps 5 active members.
I hope to be here when the site roars back to life.
And I don't doubt that all the souls on winter break are flooding the site and making it die. At least in portion.
