Personality: Shade is an extremely smart heartless, she knows everything about her own kind, how to stop them and even who is causing their creation. She hates heartless, and swears to wipe every last one to extinction. She knows a lot of magic, and how to use it to the best of her abilities, and her transformation into a heartless, only enhanced her abilities. When it comes to killing her kind, she is ruthless, and she doesn't hesitate to kill others who she think might be infected.

Bio: Shade managed to protect herself for so long, using magic. As she did, she studied the heartless, learning everything she could about them. Although, one day, she trusted somebody she shouldn't of done, and that caused her death. She helped somebody who was almost starving to death, although, it turned out to be a ghoul, and with one bite, she became infected. Knowing she hadn't got long left, she researched how she could stop the transformation into a heartless, sadly, she was too late. She died, and became a heartless, but, with her magic so strong, she kept her mind intact. This allowed her to further study how to stop the transformation, but she had to hurry as she didn't have long left. After a while, she came up with an ancient artefact, actually, several, plus a spell. She collected the artefacts, then placed them on herself, the bracelets, and the boots glowed brightly, and as they did, she activated the spell. This turned her eyes purple, as well as created a purple rune on her forehead. With this, she had stopped the transformation. She decided, that if a heartless was good, with mind intact, she would stop their transformation using her magic and the artefacts, otherwise, they were dead. She befriended a heartless, a shadow cat, She decided to call him Kat.
