As far as she goes, Rika is straight to the point honest and dislikes sugarcoating, in battle she is ruthless and analytical, and sometimes arrogant. Privately, she is less mean to her comrades while on the outside she is vulgar. She is childish to the degree in spite of her honest points, she can be ironic out of biases. 

[B]Brief Backstory: [/B]
As short as it gets, Rika is from the noble family, the Tsuraras; a noble family of law enforcers, in other words militaristic police kinsmen that of a knight. She is trained in the art of dual wielding and sorcery at a young age. Rika is the youngest daughter of the Chief and like her kin, she is expected to excel in chain wielding and ice magic. As of late, she wanders around on her own self quest to decide her own future rather than bind to her family's traditions and customs.

[B] Equipment:[/B]

-Rika wears little to no armor, she wears a black suit and a cloak to conceal her identity.

-Chains for restraining
-Dagger for sneak attacks

[B] Abilities:[/B]
Rika is skilled in the art of dual wielding, she is resourceful in creating dirty tricks that plays deceit; more or less she would play dirty regardless of the situation. Combined with speed, agility, and feinting techniques a dirty trick is performed. In addition, Rogues are opportunistic bastards who would play foul enough such as shoving sand or poking your eyes, stripping you off your clothes, and seizing opportunities like when the opponent is not at their full power, advantage is taken of.

Chain wielding. A sub category of dual wielding, it relies on the user's hands. It is Rika' most annoying arsenal. She has her chains wrapped on both her arms.

Ice Magic. What makes her part of her family although not as proficient and experienced.
-Frost Blast. A magical burst of mana that of a lightning bolt which is common amongst Mages.
-Cold infusion. Conjunction of ice to the medium, dual swords and chains as conduit. She invented her own technique: Cold Chain which just makes her chains totally cold.
-Ice Clones. Rika is only able to summon 4 clones.[/hider]
