A character's Arcana is for the most part decided on his or her wish in terms of wording and intentions. However, in case of a more ambiguous wish a character's backstory and personality can also be a factor.

Not at all. I'll start the IC thread after four players have joined, and after that I'll let a couple more in before I stop accepting submissions. So far two have joined.

You have to change your character's wish to something more tangible. Other than that the sheet is fine.
