I see. Well, my strategy, as seen on my Faction Profile, is to try and reconnect with the Mojave*, as well as expand to Oregon, claiming the relatively empty, fertile land, which can then be split up into smallholdings that are going to be given to Veteran Soldiers and other Landless people, turning them into free peasants with enough resources to defend themselves and fight for others, while at the same time not creating a class of landed estates and thus, an aristocracy. Basically, the Byzantine Theme System, if people had heard about that. However, its seems to me that I caught myself in a bind, as I only have the ability to take the territory, not split it up. Also, I plan to, if I get lucky and don't overextend myself, take some of the 14 Hydroelectric Dams on the Colombia River, using them to replace Hoover Dam. Is that viable? *Perhaps The War opened up new mountain passes in Nevada? Edit: Sorry, Dihn! Anyway, I'm not putting forth my intentions so that I can brag, but rather, because I want a viability check on whether I'm breaking some Real World or Fallout Rules.
