That whole bracketed sentence leads me to believe you don't care much for the quality of your characters, therefore the quality of your writing.

But I don't really know how he'll do either of those when "writing" isn't even spelt right...

This is a big one that a lot of people don't seem to get.

Personality is completely different to [i]mood[/i].

In personality, we want to know who your character is, what he likes doing, why he likes doing it - how he interacts with people. A general overall description of your character that is longer than seventeen words. 

History:
Same as personality. 

Why is he the way he is. What happened to make him clinically depressed etc...

Power:

Remember, our characters only got their powers last night - so they wouldn't be using them just yet.
And Fox ears? 
Furry?

All in all:
Put some time and effort into your work.
Run it through spell check before you post it. 

Other people read this and make judgement calls. 
Some wouldn't want to roleplay with you simply based on the character sheet you've generated.
And if that's all too much for you to take in, you don't belong in the Casual Section of RPG - you'd belong in Free.

I'm not trying to be mean, but you just don't seem to be understanding why you've been denied.
