You could also make the fuinjutsu teacher eccentric and focussed on art. As fuinjutsu is the closed thing to a art I reckon.
I agree with Masaki that the genjutsu teacher could be a seductress, or if it's a guy a suave lady's men :D.
As for a taijutsu user, I am not too sure. But either a happy go lucky guy who has enormous big muscles, or more a strict person who focusses more on technique and discipline instead of physical training.
