Jason nodded at the girl and stood up, stepping outside of the room and closing the door. So that he was staring at the wall opposite of the room to give the girl her privacy. The boy understood the need for privacy, so he waited while the girl changed, mulling over different theories in his head as to why they were all dragged here by this man. A couple of theories did have sound background to the boy, and one scared him immensely. It could be his father who did all this, in order to eliminate the threats to his domain. Why would Jason, the chosen successor to the throne be here? 

The boy thought this as he slipped into a memory of when the demon appeared to try to kill him, something about a prophecy in which the boy would kill his own father and take over the throne, then turn the realm of the dead away from his father's evil intentions. Something his father wanted to avoid. That prophecy made his father paranoid, and to Jason it made perfect sense for him to do this. But the boy knew that it was actually rather unlikely his father was involved. Just that small fear eating away at him... 

The boy was so lost in thought that he would have never noticed if the door were to open, (being that Ash was done getting changed and letting him back into the room)
